WHAT ARE REVERSE CAVITIES NATURALLY?

Reverse Cavities, also called super perforations, are a type of cavity that occur in the far back of the tooth. These cavities, because they are so far back in the tooth, are not visible to the patient. They have an impact on oral health and should be detected during routine examination and dental visits. These cavities are most often caused by tooth decay, but sometimes are caused by a combination of factors. Some of these factors, such as overeating and smoking, can be changed, while others cannot. A dentist is best able to diagnose these conditions, which is why routine dental checkups are so important.

Most of the time, cavities are caused by poor diet or gum disease. This does not mean, however, that a change in diet or even a good supplement regimen will correct the problem. Vitamins play a large part in maintaining good oral health. Certain vitamins can reverse cavities, and there are specific vitamins recommended for this purpose. Here is what you need to know about them.

The three most important types of vitamins to reverse cavities are carotenoids, retinoids, and proanthocyanidins. These are fancy names for beta-carotene, vitamin A, and vitamin C. These types of vitamins help maintain healthy tissues, bones, skin, and teeth. It is believed that these particular vitamins help prevent certain bacteria from sticking to teeth, which can cause cavities. Healthy teeth and gums make it easier for bacteria to slip past the tooth, causing a cavity. As an example, if a person has too much plaque building up on their teeth, it is extremely easy for the acid to eat away at the enael.

A diet rich in certain vitamins can help prevent cavities and eating a well-balanced diet is highly recommended. People who suffer from cavities should also see a dentist on a regular basis for cleaning and maintenance. This is because cavities occur when there is an imbalance between the minerals and nutrients in the mouth, and a change in diet can help to correct this problem.

Toothpastes and mouthwashes designed for tooth brushing contain a specific substance that is supposed to prevent cavities by removing plaque. This is called antimicrobial mouthwash. In order to use toothpastes with this type of substance, the toothpaste must be of the antibacterial variety, since oil pulling or other processes can remove the substance, as well. This type of toothpaste has proven very effective for many people but there are special mouthwashes made for oil pulling that are preferred.

Foods that may prevent cavities include those high in vitamin E, as well as foods that are rich in antioxidants. Vitamins A and C are also considered to be effective against tooth decay. Some studies have indicated that a diet that is rich in vitamin E may also help prevent cavities, although more research needs to be done in order to verify this.

In addition to eating a healthy diet, there are some steps you can take to ensure that your teeth remain strong and healthy. One such thing to do is to have a daily oral hygiene routine, which includes brushing and flossing. Flossing removes tartar, which is a sticky substance that forms on the teeth and between them, if left untreated. It can also cause cavities to form, so it is important to remove it as soon as it develops. Brushing often flosses away any particles that remain, while using a tongue scraper to scrape away plaque is recommended for those who need to brush but cannot reach the back of the mouth.
